Carrier Instructions - GNY

Inspection
Note to Inspector:   Our customer, GNY, uses the LC360 integrated carrier system.

Please read ALL of the following instructions before proceeding.

The basic functionality in the GNY system works the same as the H&S system.

You will have to "click" the   button above to begin. (if a "Loading" message appears, there is no need to wait, you can proceed to the next instruction)

Then "click" the "Click Here to fill out form on Carrier's site" link to be transferred to the new system. This will open a new browser tab for the system.

Once in their system, complete all of the forms in a similar way as you complete the forms in our system.

Remember to "click" periodically in each form to save your work (just as you do in our system).

When all of the forms are complete, "click" one more time.

Then click to send your work to QA (quality assurance).

Close the GNY browser tab and go back to the       ( H&S) browser tab.

Now, "click"    in our H&S system to complete the inspection.

Remember, if you need additional (or fewer), "Cooking Supplement" forms or "Secondary Building" forms, please call the office before filling out any forms.
