Carrier Instructions - Quincy / Patrons

  • Note to Inspector:   Our customers, Quincy and Patrons, have started using a new system. 

    Please read ALL of the following instructions before proceeding.

    The basic functionality in the Quincy / Patrons system works the same as the H&S system.

     You will have to "click" the   button above to begin. (if a "Loading" message appears, there is no need to wait, you can proceed to the next instruction)

    Then "click" the "Click Here to fill out form on Carrier's site" link to be transferred to the new system.  This will open a new browser tab for the new system.

    Once in their new system, complete all of the forms in a similar way as you completed the forms in our system. 

    Remember  to "click"    periodically in each form to save your work (just as you did in our system).

    When all of the forms are complete, "click"    one more time.

    Then click       to send your work to QA (quality assurance).

    Close the   Quincy / Patrons browser tab and go back to the       ( H&S) browser tab.

    Now, "click"    in our H&S system to complete the inspection.

    Remember, if you need additional (or fewer), "Cooking Supplement" forms or "Secondary Building" forms, please call the office before filling out any forms.
