Attention QA:  You must...

1. Go to the Carrier system, 

2. After reviewing the case and making any corrections, 

3. Add the the valuation form with "Manage Forms (BVS or ISO 360 Value), and

4. Then complete the valuation form.

If you are confident in sending the report to the Customer

1. Click "Move Forward" in the Carrier system and then

2. Click "Mark Complete" in the H&S system.

If you are not ready to send the report to the Customer...

1. DO NOT click "Move Forward" in the Carrier system but

2. Click "QA Hold" in the H&S system and
