    The following instructions are ALL of the POSSIBLE CAU instructions. 
    SPECIFIC instructions pertaining to this inspection are at the top of the first LC360 form.

    • Measurements are REQUIRED.
    • NO Measurements are required.
    • An interior unit inspection is REQUIRED (No bedrooms.  Get photo of plumbing under the kitchen sink, the circuit breaker box, the fire place, the rear of the washer/dryer showing the plumbing and vents, and any obvious hazards).
    • Inspect and Photograph all of the common buildings and features (pools, pool houses, club houses, elaborate roadway entrances, bridges, water features, and ALL Commercial Areas, etc. including the interiors).
    • NO interior unit inspection is required. 
    • The CAU RMS Modifiers file is REQUIRED for all CAU Initial/Full inspections.
    • The CAU RMS Modifiers file is REQUIRED for all CAU Re-Inspection inspections.
    • The CAU Recommendations Check Narrative Form has been added for a compliance check of previous recommendations.
    • Inspect, Photograph, and MEASURE all of the common buildings (pool houses, club houses, fitness centers, and ALL Commercial Areas, etc. including the interiors)
    • Inspect all features (pools, elaborate roadway entrances, bridges, water features, etc.)
    • The CAU Vendor Recommendations Forms is required when there are NEW recommendations based on this inspection AND/OR when there are any PRIOR RECS not corrected from the previous report.
